Atmosphere was great. Service couldn't have been better and more friendly and the food no words are good enough to describe it, best I have ever had. Thank you for a great meal and friendly family attitude.

We are (were) locals and love this restaurant for its ambiance, huge menu selection but best of all the warm cranberry bread pudding!! Took a jar home! For a real treat come on a cold winter evening and enjoy the fireplace inside!!

We were at the Anvil Inn tonight and we had the sea food platter it was absolutely delicious!! Also had the clam chowder some of the best I have ever had! Got some bread pudding to go which I already knew was very good. Will definitely be back!!! Want to add our waitress was very attentive and took very good care of us.

Quite an enjoyable experience. Lovely, historically rustic atmosphere. Apparently the site used to operate as a blacksmith. Food was excellent. We had the pork picatta, NY strip, cheesecake, and cream caramel. Great selection of food and drinks. Service was friendly and efficient. Very nice!

This small restaurant in Ft Edward has been a local favorite for many years. Well worth a visit if you’re passing through Ft Edward. They have a large selection on the menu and there are several Anvil “ favorites “ that you can’t go wrong with. And, as always, great staff!

Went to the Restaurant for my 20th Wedding Anniversary. Dinner was Excellent, sat right next to the fireplace. Best Night Ever.
